Hi, I'm Angela!
So good to have you here.
I'm Angela, the self-proclaimed "Farmer's Wife". I began a little blog back in 2011 and wrote sporadically until 2016 and then social media took over and I stopped updating my blog. Recently, I decided to delete all social media and though it's been an incredibly freeing experience, I've found myself needing an outlet of some sort. Enter: the reimagination of my blog, "The Farmer's Wife Living The City Life". Welcome, I'm glad to have you here and hope you can find a little encouragement and maybe a couple laughs along the way!
Farm Life
with a big scoop of city living on the side!
We've been living on the "farm" for nearly 15 years. Every day is an adventure! I get to share this not-so-typical farm life with these 4:
The Farmer:
CEO of SPM, master-craftsman, and the human energizer bunny, Donny is an incredible provider, protector, and partner for this adventurous life!
Jack:
Enjoys basketball, robotics (really anything STEM related), and video games. He is fiercely loyal, an incredibly helpful big brother and is always happy to lend a hand on the farm. His current farm duties include building fires and feeding the chickens/ducks.

Elle:
Loves to craft, play basketball and soccer, and watch Disney+. She is creative, funny, and has a servant's heart. She currently avoids chores at all cost - but does enjoy feeding the cat and helping out with the animals.

Lola:
No, this isn't deja-vu
...or is it? Our loyal,
sidekick Lola passed
away in 2013 and
in 2019 we decided
to adopt another
Anatolian Shepherd.
She was so
reminiscent of our
O.G. Lola, we
actually named the
new dog Lola, too. We love her to pieces and she helps keep the farm safe and sound!
